Caught up with the video today, really enjoyed it Jo. I am so excited by all your comments and ideas and things you will be doing. Just have to actually do them !!! Love your delivery too ☺️
Loved the live, thank you Jo, and got lots of great recommendations for scented evergreen. I smelled Daphne in someone’s garden many moons ago. They are amazing but apparently very slow growing. I need something for a gap at the entrance for privacy that is faster growing but will get a Daphne for elsewhere.
Great Jo.. missed the live but caught up on the recording, I love the stream of consciousness and responses to live questions. I’m in Venice for a big birthday soon.. my first visit so wondered if there are any gardens I can visit or any must dos?
Thanks Sue - and. how lovely to be in Venice - we must compare notes to see if we overlap at all! Definitely go to the Giardini Reali. and the Vatican Chapels and labyrinth on San Giorgio Maggiore. Sundowners on the Zattere, and the Academia Bridge at sunrise...... If you can get a ticket, the roof terrace at the Fondaco dei Tedeschi offers extraordinary views over the city, but you need to book a month in advance.
It was lovely Jo. Of note, beautiful balconies of greenery, galleries, a venetian rowing lesson ( RowVenice) and of course food!! I understand why you love it. But missed the start of your design course 🙁
Love this as you can see it after if you can’t see it live. Yesterday I looked for the live when you went on but could not find it! I hope I can find it next time!
