Once a year, lots of secret, magical gardens open their doors to visitors - I first wrote about this special event here in this resource which you should definitely check if you’re visiting a city and want recommendations of FABULOUS gardens/green spaces that have have been quality checked by members of The Gardening Mind.
Anyway, back to this coming weekend. It’s a very special one, where you get to visit places like these:
Some are big, some are small, many a full of history (a Dickens location, a Victorian artist, a famous plant hunter, and on and on the list goes)…. all are very special.
You have to book tickets – I’d do that soon – but there are some very cool places, and it’s absolutely worth seizing the opportunity to go and investigate gardens that you’d never normally get the chance to go into. Here are my recommendations and how to get entry:
